INOVASI JAMBU KRISTAL SERTA PENGOLAHAN SAMPAH JAMBU KRISTAL MENJADI ECO ENZIM DI DESA BANTARSARI KABUPATEN BOGOR
Abstract
Partners in the Community Partnership Program are Crystal Guava Farmers in Bantar Sari Village, Bogor Regency, UMKM in Bantarsari Village are trying to advance the crystal guava business to become an advanced business for the future by providing branding and packaging to crystal guava businesses and marketing digitally and how to process guava crystal waste into eco enzymes for UMKM. The method of implementing the Community Partnership Program is through training and mentoring. The outputs generated from this PKM are branding and packaging for crystal guava products, as well as how to process waste from crystal guava into products that have added value or better known as eco enzymes. In addition to conducting training and mentoring, partners are also given training to maximize crystal guava leaves. Inside the crystal guava fruit contains vitamin C as an antioxidant that can prevent aging and potassium to lower blood pressure. Meanwhile, in the leaves there are polyphenols as blood sugar lowering and antioxidants as well as the presence of tamarind to prevent diarrhea. Not only crystal guava fruit that can be processed into many preparations, but also the leaves of the crystal guava can also be processed to make crystal guava tea. Basically it is similar to the processing of ocha tea which is a typical tea in Japan. One of them is massaging the leaves so that the tissue is broken so that the aroma appears.
