Pengaruh Otonomi dan Beban Kerja Pada Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kepuasan sebagai Pemediasi

Abstract

Populasi karyawan PT Tentrem Sido Rahayu Yogyakarta menjadi fokus sebuah penelitian yang menguji kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator antara otonomi kerja, beban kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Survei melalui kuesioner sensus digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 48 karyawan. Analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 23 melibatkan regresi linear berganda dan uji Sobel. Namun, temuan menunjukkan bahwa baik otonomi kerja maupun beban kerja tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Mengejutkannya, otonomi dan kepuasan kerja ternyata memengaruhi kinerja. Namun, model mediasi yang diusulkan yang melibatkan kepuasan antara otonomi kerja, beban kerja, dan kinerja karyawan tidak didukung oleh data. Studi ini menyiratkan perlunya mengatasi manajemen beban kerja sebagai kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Meskipun tidak ditemukan pengaruh langsung antara otonomi, beban kerja, dan kinerja, signifikansi kepuasan kerja dalam mendorong kinerja menegaskan relevansinya dalam dinamika organisasi. Dengan mengelola beban kerja secara efektif dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, organisasi kemungkinan besar dapat memperkuat kinerja karyawan.
