Perforasi gaster merupakan suatu kondisi kegawatdaruratan abdomen yang dapat berkembang menjadi peritonitis. Kasus perforasi gaster dialami oleh pasien dengan ulkus peptik. Konsumsi alkohol adalah salah satu faktor risiko dari perforasi gaster. Sedangkan Islam adalah agama yang komprehensif yang mendorong penganutnya untuk melakukan hal-hal baik untuk manusia dan menghindari hal-hal buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pandangan Islam mengenai korelasi perforasi gaster dengan konsumsi alkohol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menganalisis Al-Qur’an, Al-Hadis serta sumber-sumber yang relevan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi alkohol dapat merusak kesehatan gaster dan membahayakan jiwa, sehingga keadaan ini selaras dengan hukum Islam yang melindungi penganutnya dari keburukan.
