Implementasi Manajemen Dana Zakat (Studi Kasus Laz Dompet Dhuafa)

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan dana zakat yang dihimpun oleh Dompet Dhuafa. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data secara wawancara dan dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan observasi lapangan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa LAZ Dompet Dhu’afa telah menjalankan fungsi manajemen pengelolaan zakat. Pada tahap perencanaan, Dompet Dhuafa setiap tahun melakukan rapat rencana strategis untuk menetapkan tujuan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Program jangka pendek mencakup pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, optimalisasi administratif, serta perbaikan operasional organisasi. Di sisi lain, program jangka panjang menitikberatkan pada strategi sosialisasi lembaga, pengumpulan dana zakat, pemanfaatan optimal dana zakat, pencatatan dan pelayanan kepada para donatur, pemantauan penerima manfaat, serta kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal dan pelaku usaha. Dompet Dhuafa dalam menghimpun dana zakat membuat beberapa saluran yaitu MPZ, digital fundraising, program jemput zakat, dan bekerjasama dengan aplikasi online. Pendistribusian zakat dilakukan secara konsumtif tradisional, konsumtif kreatif, produktif konvensional, produktif kreatif, juga penyaluran kepada korban musibah dan bencana alam. Program pendayagunaan zakat di Dompet Dhu’afa didasari oleh 5 pilar yaitu: Pendidikan, kesehatan, ekonomi, sosial, budaya-dakwah. LAZ Dompet Dhu’afa telah memenuhi tujuh asas pengelolaan zakat yaitu syariat Islam, amanah, kemanfaatan, keadilan, kepastian hukum, terintegrasi, dan akuntabilitas.
