Manajemen Perioperatif pada Syok Sepsis et causa Peritonitis et causa Perforasi Gaster dan Suspek Abdominal Compartment Syndrome

Abstract


Syok sepsis merupakan komplikasi berat dari sepsis dikarenakan kelainan sirkulasi, selular, dan metabolik yang mengancam jiwa. Sepsis dan Syok Sepsis dilaporkan merupakan kasus yang sering menjadi penyebab kematian di Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Salah satu penyebab paling sering terjadi infeksi sepsis dan syok sepsis adalah peritonitis. Kejadian peritonitis dan Syok Sepsis dapat menyebabkan terjadinya Abdominal Compartment Syndrome (ACS) yang dilaporkan meningkat pada pasien yang dirawat di ICU. Untuk dilakukan tindakan bedah pada pasien Peritonitis dan ACS maka diperlukan manajemen perioperatif yang tepat
