Abstrak

Gangguan kecemasan merupakan salah satu gangguan psikologis yang rentan dialamiseseorang. Terapi kognitif perilaku merupakan salah satu intervensi psikologis yang umumdigunakan untuk menangani gejala gangguan kecemasan. Pada dasarnya, terapi kognitifperilaku dilakukan secara langsung dan tatap muka. Saat ini, pelaksanaan terapi kognitifperilaku tidak hanya dilakukan secara tatap muka, namun dapat dilakukan jarak jauh denganmemanfaatkan media telekonferensi yang mudah diakses tanpa bertemu secara langsung. Lalu,apakah terapi kognitif perilaku masih efektif jika dilakukan secara online? Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penanganan gangguan kecemasan umum denganmenggunakan terapi kognitif perilaku secara daring. Pengumpulan data dilakukan denganmenggunakan asesmen psikologis, wawancara, dan observasi, serta analisis deskriptif padaskala depression anxiety stress scale-42 (DASS-42). Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus,partisipan merupakan seorang wanita di Sidoarjo yang menunjukkan gejala gangguankecemasan umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan gejala gangguankecemasan yang dialami partisipan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terapi kognitif perilaku secara daring efektif untuk menurunkan gejala gangguan kecemasan, namun perlu memperhatikan tata cara pelaksanaan asesmen hingga intervensi yang dilakukan.
