PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL, HARGA DIRI, DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DAN JENIS KELAMIN TERHADAP JOB INSECURITY PADA TENAGA KERJA KONTRAK

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh locus of control, harga diri, dukungan sosial dan jenis kelamin terhadap job insecurity pada tenaga kerja kontrak. Data diambil melalui kuesioner dari 202 tenaga kerja kontrak di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor, menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Uji validitas alat ukur menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression Analysis dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari locus of control, harga diri, dukungan sosial dan jenis kelamin terhadap job insecurity pada tenaga kerja kontrak. Proporsi varians dari job insecurity yang dijelaskan oleh semua independent variable yang diteliti dalam penelitian sebesar 11%. Hasil uji koefisien regresi menunjukkan bahwa dimensi harga diri sosial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap job insecurity. Sementara itu, dimensi locus of control internal dan eksternal; harga diri secara kinerja dan penampilan; dukungan sosial dari lingkungan dan luar lingkungan kerja serta jenis kelamin tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap job insecurity pada tenaga kerja kontrak.
