Bridging Generations: The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction in the Relationship Between Adaptation, Loyalty, Culture, and Performance among Gen Z Employees
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah adaptasi karyawan, loyalitas karyawan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada karyawan KFC wilayah Cempaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif, yang diukur menggunakan metode SEM berbasis PLS dengan SmartPLS 4. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan KFC wilayah Cempaka. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode sensus sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 karyawan KFC wilayah Cempaka. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan koefisien jalur. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial adaptasi karyawan, loyalitas karyawan dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian adaptasi karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan loyalitas karyawan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh adaptasi karyawan, loyalitas karyawan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
