KOMPARASI DAYA SAING EKSPOR KOPI ROBUSTA INDONESIA DAN VIETNAM MENGGUNAKAN INDEKS RCA
Abstrak
Persaingan dalam perdagangan kopi global mendorong negara-negara penghasil untuk meningkatkan daya saing ekspornya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan daya saing ekspor kopi robusta Indonesia dan Vietnam menggunakan pendekatan Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA). Data sekunder diperoleh dari UN Comtrade, ITC Trade Map, BPS Indonesia, dan GSO Vietnam selama periode 2014-2023. Analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan deskriptif-komparatif untuk mengevaluasi tren dan perbedaan nilai RCA kedua negara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai RCA Vietnam secara konsisten lebih tinggi dibandingkan Indonesia, mencerminkan keunggulan komparatif yang lebih kuat. Peningkatan daya saing Vietnam dipengaruhi oleh efisiensi produksi, infrastruktur logistik yang baik, dan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah. Di sisi lain, daya saing Indonesia terhambat oleh fragmentasi produksi, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan kurangnya diversifikasi pasar ekspor. Diperlukan strategi seperti peningkatan infrastruktur, pelatihan petani, dan ekspansi pasar non-tradisional untuk memperkuat posisi Indonesia dalam perdagangan kopi global.
