Sikap Perubahan Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Empiris pada Sari Alam Hot Spring and Resort Hotel)

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh perubahan sikap dalam melakukan mediasi pengaruh efikasi diri dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi empiris pada PT. Sari Alam Hot Spring and Resort Hotel). Metode analisis data menggunakan Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan sikap. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan sikap.
