Personal Growth Perempuan Dalam Masa Kehamilan: Scoping Review

Perempuan memiliki pilihan dan kesempatan untuk menjadikan kondisi kehamilan sebagai momentum untuk bertumbuh. Scoping review ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penelitian-penelitian yang terkait dengan personal growth perempuan dalam masa kehamilan sebagai base line dalam menentukan fokus untuk penelitian lebih lanjut. Penelusuran menemukan 10 publikasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dari scoping review ini. Tema yang teridentifikasi meliputi tiga tema utama yaitu: 1) periode perkembangan personal growth; 2) faktor berpengaruh; 3) dan alat ukur yang digunakan. Kehamilan dapat dipandang sebagai peristiwa normatif dan situasi stres, yang keduanya dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan. Karakteristik dari pengalaman subyektif dari peristiwa tersebut, bukan dari peristiwa itu sendiri, yang penting dalam perkembangan pertumbuhan. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman konsep dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan pribadi wanita pada masa kehamilan sangat bermanfaat dalam membangun kesadaran dan pengetahuan bagi wanita, keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan mengenai peluang proses kehamilan sebagai momentum pertumbuhan bagi wanita dan keluarganya.Referensi
