Dinamika Kesejahteraan Psikologis pada Perempuan Dewasa Awal yang Mengalami Kekerasan Emosional dalam Hubungan Pacaran

Fenomena kekerasan emosional dalam hubungan pacaran sering dianggap biasa tetapi dapat berdampak merusak pada harga diri individu. Perempuan dewasa awal, dalam mencari arti hidup dan membentuk relasi romantis, rentan terhadap kekerasan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami lebih dalam mengenai gambaran serta dinamika kesejahteraan psikologis pada dewasa awal terutama pada perempuan yang mengalami kekerasan emosional dalam hubungan pacaran. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis interpretatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik. Kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini yakni perempuan yang berada pada tahapan dewasa awal (18-40 tahun) yang pernah mengalami kekerasan emosional dalam hubungan pacaran dengan jumlah partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang. Pada hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa kekerasan emosional mengakibatkan kesejahteraan psikologis yang dimiliki kedua partisipan menjadi terganggu. Rendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan psikologi yang dimiliki partisipan saat mengalami kekerasan emosional membuat sulit keluar dari lingkaran kekerasan emosional dalam hubungan pacaran tersebut.
