Apakah Psychological Contract Memengaruhi Safety Behavior? Kajian pada Karyawan di Industri Kelapa Sawit

Data menunjukkan tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja banyak dialami oleh karyawan yang bekerja di industri kelapa sawit. Hal ini mengindikasikan kurangnya pengamalan safety behaviour karyawan pada perusahaan perkebunan tersebut. Psychological contract adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi safety behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh psychological contract terhadap safety behaviour pada karyawan di industri kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini melibatkan 229 karyawan pemanen di industri kelapa sawit. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala safety behaviour dan psychological contract. Data dianalisis dengan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menunjukkan bahwa hipotesa penelitian diterima. Psychological contract memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap safety behaviour (R2 = 0.414; F (1, 228) = 160,476; p < 0,05) pada karyawan industri kelapa sawit. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya psychological contract untuk menurunkan angka kecelakaan kerja karyawan Perkebunan.
