Dari Keyakinan Menjadi Intensi: Protokol Kesehatan dalam Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan protocol kesehatan selama pembelajaran tatap muka. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 tahap yang disusun berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dan melibatkan sampel secara convenience. Tahap pertama (tahap elisitasi keyakinan) menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif pada 15 partisipan (rerata usia 21,9 tahun; SD= 1,98) dan bertujuan mengungkap keyakinan tentang manfaat melaksanakan protokol kesehatan, pihak-pihak yang memengaruhi partisipan dan kemampuan kendali dalam melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Tahap kedua merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan 4 skala (Skala Sikap, Norma Subjektif, Kendali yang dipersepsikan dan Intensi) yang diberikan kepada 148 mahasiswa (rerata usia 20,5 tahun; SD=1,35) dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif dan kendali perilaku terhadap intensi untuk melaksanakan protokol kesehatan pada pembelajaran tatap muka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif dan kendali perilaku merupakan prediktor yang kuat dalam menentukan intensi untuk melaksanakan protokol kesehatan pada pembelajaran tatap muka. Faktor kendali perilaku memberikan kontribusi terbesar dibandingkan dengan sikap dan norma subjektif. Implikasi teoritis dan praktis penelitian ini terkait dengan proses yang kompleks dan dinamis pada perilaku sehat selama masa pandemi.
