The Covid-19 pandemic is a perfect stress storm, involving acute crises and bereavement events, disrupting many aspects of life, and ongoing multi-stress challenges with evolving conditions. The situation is so extreme that the family experiences tension and grief over so much loss, fear for loved ones, and anxiety about the future. This research method is a literature study method that examines books and 10 journals, 2 online news, the data is analyzed by content analysis techniques. The conclusion of this study is that many families who are experiencing pressure, struggling, adapting in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic need help in forging resilience (resilience). Sadness that focuses on individual symptoms. How a family deals with stress and loss is very important to know. In gaining resilience, families must strengthen ties and resources in the face of challenges or problems they face. With the help of the Covid-19 Task Force and the community that provides assistance and support, we hope to ease the burden on families so that they can recover and the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia can also end soon.
