Dampak Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Knowledge Management, dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Perpustakaan Nasional.
Abstract
Penurunan kinerja pegawai dapat menyebabkan turunnya kepuasan kerja, yang dipengaruhi oleh kurang optimalnya kepemimpinan transformasional, knowledge management, dan motivasi berprestasi di Perpustakaan Nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, knowledge management, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Subjek penelitian adalah 281 pegawai Perpustakaan Nasional RI, menggunakan desain penelitian kausal dengan metode kuantitatif dan analisis SEM melalui software PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, knowledge management, dan motivasi berprestasi secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja dan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja memiliki peran mediasi dalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, knowledge management, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menegaskan pentingnya meningkatkan kepemimpinan transformasional, pengelolaan pengetahuan, dan motivasi untuk memperbaiki kinerja serta kepuasan kerja di Perpustakaan Nasional.
