Pengaruh Brand Image Dan Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Pt. Budidaya Bahari Caksana Tangerang

Abstract
Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Budidaya Bahari Caksana. Penelitian dilakukan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Analisis dilakukan koefisien korelasi, regresi linear berganda, uji f dan uji t. dengan perangkat Lunak SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukan, Brand Image (X1) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Loyalitas. Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Loyalitas. Â Brand Image (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Loyalitas.Downloads
