Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pendayagunaan zakat produktif, program pemberdayaan, kualitas pendampingan dan kesejahteraan       anggota kelompok Usaha Masyarakat Mandiri mitra LAZ PKPU terhadap sikap, keyakinan kemampuan dan perilaku menabung serta kesejahteraan mustahik.

            Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software Lisrel 8.5. Responden dalam berjumlah 109 orang.

            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kualitas pendamping memiliki pengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap sikap menabung. Pengaruh Kualitas Pendamping terhadap keyakinan kemampuan menabung, perilaku menampung, dan kesejahteraan secara langsung adalah positif dan tidak signifikan. Pendayagunaan zakat produktif terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik yang di moderasi program pemberdayaan dan pendampingan berpengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan.
