Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus kepada business model canvas (BMC). Tujuannya untuk mengetahui gambaran model bisnis canvas saat ini dan mengetahui perancangan model bisnis canvas sebagai bentuk strategi pengembangan bisnis yang sesuai dan disarankan untuk diterapkan. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan melalui pendekatan metodologi kualitatif melalui analisis SWOT dengan menggabungkan sembilan elemen model bisnis kanvas analisis Blue Ocean Strategy untuk pengembangan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa IKM memiliki kesempatan besar untuk mengembangkan pasar dengan mendaftarkan produksinya seperti PIRT dan Halal. Para IKM harus merubah kemasan produk serta merek sehingga dapat dipasarkan secara online dengan jaringan yang lebih luas serta melakukan differensiasi produk yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan konsumenDownloads
