Karakteristik Penumpang Pengguna Krl Commuter Line Jabodetabek

Abstract
Peningkatan penumpang Commuter Line Jabodetabek Rata-rata 13,8 persen per tahun. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui karakteristik penumpang Commuter Line sehingga dapat diambil suatu kebijakan oleh perusahaan. Jenis Penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 198 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan karakateristik penumpang yang banyak menggunakan transportasi ini berjenis kelamin pria sebesar 111 responden atau 56 persen. Berusia 20-30 tahun sebesar 67 atau 34 persen. Pendidikan SMA sebesar 100 atau 50 persen. Pekerjaan di perusahaan swasta sebesar 143 atau 72 persen. Penghasilan 3 sampai 4.999 juta rupiah per bulan 79 atau sebesar 40 persen dan keperluan menggunakan Commuter Line untuk bekerja sebesar 128 atau 64 persen.
