Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kelekatan pekerjaan yang dapat menurunkan intensi keluar karyawan serta meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tingkat turnover karyawan di negara berkembang meningkat lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan negara maju. Hal tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya perhatian perusahaan untuk menurunkan intensi keluar karyawan untuk mencegah terjadinya turnover karyawan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan mekanisme pengaruh kelekatan pekerjaan terhadap intensi keluar dan kinerja karyawan. Teori pertukaran sosial dan norma timbal balik merupakan landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 215 responden dari karyawan yang bekerja di berbagai sektor industri di Indonesia. Hasil dari analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelekatan pekerjaan berpengaruh negatif pada intensi keluar karyawan dan berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan
