Gagal “Move On”: Peran Ruminasi pada Kesepian dengan Kesejahteraan Psikologis dimasa Perceraian

Selama pandemi beberapa negara melaporkan kasus perceraian mengalami peningkatan, demikian pula yang terjadi di Indonesia. Kasus perceraian menyisakan luka bathin yang bersifat traumatis pada setiap individu yang mengalaminya. Mirisnya kecenderungan mengingat terus menerus kenangan di masa menjalani rumah tangga dapat mengarah kepada ruminasi, yang mana semakin menghambat untuk bangkit dari keterpurukan sehingga diduga menjadi penyebab kesepian dan menurunnya kesejahteraan psikologis individu dimasa perceraian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap peran ruminasi pada hubungan antara kesepian dan kesejahteran psikologis. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasi dengan variabel mediator. Subjek penelitian masyarakat Kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan status dalam proses perceraian berjumlah 136 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan skala ruminasi (ruminasi scale), skala kesepian (Lonnely Scale) dan skala Kesejahteraan psikologis (SWB Scale). Analisis menggunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian diantaranya:1). Terdapat hubungan langsung positif signifikan antara ruminasi dengan kesepian, 2). Ada hubungan langsung negatif sangat signifikan antara kesepian dengan kesejateraan psikologis, 3). Ada hubungan tidak langsung positif signifikan antara kesepian dengan kesejahteraan psikologis melalui ruminasi. Artinya semakin tinggi ruminasi kecenderungan mengalami kesepian akan semakin besar, dan semakin besar rasa kesepian maka akan di ikuti menurunya kesejahteraan psikologis, kemudian ruminasi mampu memediasi dan semakin menurunkan kesejahteran psikologis. Implikasi penelitian ini, ruminasi memiliki dampak negatif secara psikologis yang dapat menyebabkan kesejahteraan psikologis menurun. Pentingnya analisis secara mendalam tentang ruminasi menjadi bagian kajian pada bidang psikologi kesehatan, hal ini guna menemukan cara mereduksi ruminasi sebagai upaya derajat meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis.References
