Bagaimana Menerapkan Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) dalam Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Sebuah Tinjauan Sistematis

Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) merupakan intervensi yang dapat diterapkan secara individual maupun kelompok; secara langsung atau online. Namun, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi perlu dilakukan kajian tentang ACT jika diterapkan secara online, terutama pada konteks Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas penerapan ACT baik yang dilakukan secara individual atau kelompok; langsung atau melalui program online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review pada artikel jurnal yang memenuhi kriteria baik kriteria inklusi maupun kriteria eksklusi. Hasil review terhadap 11 artikel jurnal yang terpilih menunjukkan bahwa ACT dapat diterapkan melalui pertemuan tatap muka (offline) maupun online dengan kelebihan dan keterbatasan masing-masing. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal, dengan mempertimbangkan kelebihan dan keterbatasan pendekatan individual dan kelompok atau metode offline dan online, terapis dapat memodifikasi ACT menjadi metode campuran (blended methods) antara metode individual – kelompok serta metode offline – online, dengan memperhatikan faktor lain seperti jumlah sesi/durasi terapi, dan ketaatan klien dalam menjalani program.References
