Yarsi Journal of Pharmacology (YJP) is an electronic open-access journal, focusing in the field of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy, and it publishes two times yearly (January and July). YJP aims to improve scientific and knowledge of therapeutic uses of drugs and the journal accepts original research articles, review articles and case report.

Majalah Sainstekes / Sainstekes Magazine is a peer-reviewed and open access journal that focuses and promotes the results of research in medicine, basic science, economics (management, accounting), law, psychology and technology. This journal publishes original articles, reviews, and also interesting case reports.

Jurnal Kedokteran YARSI published the latest research resutls, and scientific papper of biomedicie, medical, and hight quality health. Majalah Kesehatan Pharmamedika adalah sumber informasi ilmiah mengenai kedokteran, kedokteran gigi, farmasi, biomedis dan ilmu-ilmu rumpun kesehatan lainnya. Majalah ini terbit 2 kali setahun (setiap 6 bulan) dan setiap publikasi dapat memuat hasil penelitian, tinjauan pustaka, dan laporan kasus. Manuskrip yang berkualitas akan mendapat prioritas publikasi. Artikel yang di publikasi di Majalah Kesehatan Pharmamedika adalah tanggung jawab penulis 

Pharmamedika Health Magazine is a source of scientific information about medicine, denstistry, pharmacy, biomedicine and sciences related to health aspects. This magazine is published every 6 months (2 times in a year) and each publication can contain the results of research, literature reviews, actual case reports. Jurnal Psikogenesis is a semiannualy publication produced by Fakultas Psikologi Universitas YARSI since 2012 (e-ISSN: 2597-7547, p-ISSN: 2303-3177). The journal reflects the wide application of all aspects of psychology related to health. It also addresses the social contexts in which psychological and health processes are embedded. The main emphasis of the journal is on original research, theoretical review papers, meta-analyses, and applied studies.

Journal of Economics and Business Aseanomics (JEBA) diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian Universitas YARSI (LPUY). JEBA dikelola oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Sekolah Pascasarjana, Universitas YARSI secara rutin (tiap enam bulan), yakni periode Januari-Juni dan Juli-Desember. JEBA bertujuan menyebarluaskan hasil penelitian, pengkajian, dan pengembangan di bidang Ekonomi dan Keuangan, khususnya bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis, Akuntansi, Pasar Modal, Hukum Bisnis, Sistem Informasi, dan bidang Ekonomi lainnya. Artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam JEBA dapat berupa artikel penelitian maupun artikel konseptual (non penelitian).
