Hubungan Dismenore dengan Aktivitas Belajar pada Siswi SMP Global Islamic School Condet

Abstract
Pendahuluan: Menstruasi merupakan perdarahan dari rahim yang diakibatkan oleh peluruhan dinding rahim (endometrium) yang terjadi setiap bulannya. Gangguan pada saat menstruasi merupakan masalah utama pada siswi yang akan berpengaruh pada aktivitas belajarnya. Salah satu gangguan yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas belajar siswi pada saat menstruasi adalah dismenore. Salah satu dampak dismenore yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas belajar siswi yaitu penurunan konsentrasi. penurunan keaktifan, dan akan berdampak lebih besar jika gejala tersebut dialami pada siswi yang sedang menjalani ujian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dismenore dengan aktivitas belajar pada Siswi SMP Global Islamic School Condet.
Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian metode kuantitatif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi Penelitian ini adalah Siswi SMP Global Islamic School Condet. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan consecutive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 150 siswi. Data dikumpulkan melalui Google Form. Uji statistic memakai uji Chi-Square.
Hasil: Pada penelitian ini terdapat 92 orang (78,8%) siswi mengalami dismenore ringan dan sedang lalu sangat terganggu dan terganggu aktivitas belajarnya. Hasil analisa uji Chi-Square didapatkan p-value sebesar 0,008 yang berarti nilai tersebut < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dismenore dengan aktivitas belajar
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara dismenore dengan aktivitas belajar

Introduction: Menstruation is bleeding from the uterus caused by the shedding of the uterine wall (endometrium) which occurs every month. Disorders during menstruation are a major problem for female students which will affect their learning activities. One disorder that can disrupt female students' learning activities during menstruation is dysmenorrhea. Some of the effects of dysmenorrhea that can disrupt female students' learning activities are decreased concentration, decreased activity, and will have a greater impact if these symptoms are experienced by female students who are taking exams. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between dysmenorrhea and learning activities Junior High School Students at Global Islamic School Condet.
Method: This type of research is quantitative analytical method research with a cross sectional design. The population of this research is Junior High School Students at Global Islamic School Condet. The sampling technique was consecutive sampling. The sample in this study was 150 female students. Data is collected via Google Form. Statistical tests use the Chi-Square test.
Results: In this study, there were 92 (78.8%) female students experienced mild and moderate dysmenorrhea and then were very disturbed and disrupted their learning activities. The results of the Chi-Square test analysis showed a p-value of 0.008, which means the value is <0.05, which indicates that there is a relationship between dysmenorrhea and learning activities.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between dysmenorrhea and learning activities
