Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan di bidang kedokteran gigi yang tidak aman mengakibatkan peningkatan potensi morbiditas dan mortalitas serta beban finansial bagi sistem layanan kesehatan.Penerapan pembelajaran keselamatan pasien berkaitan erat dengan manajemen pasien yang dihadapi, karena itu pembelajarannya perlu dilakukan pada tahap klinik pendidikan dokter gigi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran keselamatan pasien di tahap klinik pendidikan dokter gigi Universitas YARSI. Penelitian dilakukan pada seluruh mahasiswa dan dosen tahap klinik di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas YARSI pada bulan Februari  Maret 2018. Responden diberikan kuisioner dengan skala Likert (1-5) mengenai topik keselamatan pasien menurut WHO. Data dianalisis dengan uji paired t dan Wilcoxon. a . Persepsi dosen dan mahasiswa mengenai pengetahuan keselamatan  pasien cukup baik, namun terdapat perbedaan bermakna (p=0.002) antara persepsi proses pengajaran dosen dengan proses pembelajaran mahasiswa terhadap keselamatan pasien sehingga perlu adanya pembelajaran keselamatan pasien tahap klinik agar tercapai kesamaan persepsi.
